Dear Band Director:

I’m excited to invite you to the 3rd Annual St. Charles West Marching Band Festival to be held on September 22, 2012! Our festival will be a prelims/finals format and will be held on the campus of St. Charles West High School at Steve Stahl Stadium with our fabulous sport turf field!

In prelims, bands will be classified in 3 or 4 classes (depending on interest) based on the number of musicians in the band for placement and caption awards. Following prelims, 10 bands will qualify for an open finals competition including the winners from each class and the next highest scoring bands regardless of class totaling 10 bands (4 class winners and next 6 highest or 3 class winners and next 7 highest).

Due to constraints on our facilities, the event will be limited to 20 bands.

The 27th annual St. Charles West Band Craft Fair will be held Saturday, December 8, 2012.

The entry fee is $55.00 for each 9' x 6' space. Multiple spaces may be purchased if you prefer a larger exhibit area. The St. Charles West Band Craft Fair has always been a popular and well-supported event in the community. An application with contact information may be downloaded using the link below. Additional details are available in the application.
