The 5th Annual St. Charles West Band Boosters Trivia Night will be held on Saturday, March 17th at St. Peter's Catholic Church.  Doors open at 6:30 pm with trivia questions starting promptly at 7:00 pm.  Please spread the word and start gathering your round sponsors, your table sponsors and your players for this night of fun for a good cause. Cost is $160 for table of 8.

The evening includes:
  • 10 Rounds of Trivia
  • Cash prizes - for 1st & 2nd
  • Unlimited "Refreshments"
  • Attendance Prizes
  • 2 Bonus Rounds
  • Mulligan's, 50/50

Jazz Invitational

Greetings!

I cordially invite you to the 2012 St. Charles West Jazz invitational. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, April 14th and will be open to high school and middle school jazz big bands and combos.

The entry fee for your first big band cost is $200.00 and $150.00 for additional big bands. Combos will be $100.00. Big bands must be a minimum of nine (9) performers and combos may be a maximum of eight (8) performers. The event is competitive, however if you desire to receive ratings and comments only, we can accommodate that. Please specify this in your application.

Upon completing the application you will receive an email confirmation. I will receive the same confirmation and will use the information you have provided to create an invoice which will also be emailed. You must submit payment in the form of a check or purchase order number prior to performing in the event. All correspondence will be handled via email.

I’m looking forward to another fine festival in 2012. The parents and students of the St. Charles West Band Program take enormous pride in putting on this great festival and we hope you’ll choose to be a part of it!

We hope to see you on April 14th!
